Mamachu is known to possess a very strange, caveman like appearance. Her face appears to be very aged/droopy and she has a short stature. Both of these features were inherited by her children, whose faces are almost identical to hers. Mamachu’s strange and unique looking face has caused fans to speculate about her possibly having a birth defect or being a product of incest, as her parents look fairly normal and do not possess any of these traits. Tophia claims that she was bullied in school by being called a “caveman” by her classmates.
