Tophia is notoriously unhealthy for a variety of reasons. A few being that she has constantly ordered DoorDash, has an extremely sedentary lifestyle, and her unwillingness to eat better and work out. This has resulted in her not being able to afford rent (although not a huge factor, definitely a present one), gaining an extremely concerning amount of weight amongst other issues that we may never know about. Tophia has, of course, had "not that great" reasoning such as lettuce costing 10 dollars where she is apparently, a rebuttal to this is that there is no (notable) store around the area she lives in that is in walking distance that has a place where you buy produce.
