Throughout her internet presence, Tophia has been shown to have questionable hygiene practices.
Apartment hygiene
while she lived in her apartment, tophia was shown to take rather bad care of it when it came to cleanliness. Tophia would very causally let Hershey piss and shit on the floor without cleaning it up. The most she ever did in the situation was yell at her before resuming whatever she was doing before; which additionally reveals that Hershey is not housebroken despite her being over 5 years old. When Hershey was not going to the bathroom on the floor, she would be made to use the bathroom on pee pads, which are not only unsanitary in their own right, but were rarely cleaned. Apparently, it was so bad that according to Angie the apartment itself smelled like “piss and shit” because of Hershey. This reinforces the idea that tophia does not even notice the horrific smell of the places where she resides.
Personal hygiene
tophia has bad personal hygiene. Along with her literally being fired from her job for it, she has admitted to not wiping after using the toilet, and has been described as smelling bad by Angie.
