The Deceased People Protocol

In order to prevent grave dancing, pages are locked and are given a template to protect pages from unregistered users (IP's). Keep in mind that, you will be blocked for a moderate amount of time if you vandalize any pages to mock the dead.(indefinitely too if you keep going).
