Peaches is, unfortunately, Tophia's new pet cat. She claims to be “fostering it.”

Peaches appears to be a small kitten that Tophia is fostering. despite her notoriously bad treatment of other animals such as Hershey, Tophia also claimed that she wanted another pet and the size of her current living space is the only thing stopping her from doing so.
