Then yeah it is on a clock, here's why your page sucks.
1. It's poorly written.
If a page looks like this then yeah there's a reason why it has the template, it speaks for itself.
2. It's too short and could just be put into a different page due to its nature.
If a page is too short and could be put into a different page, then it's probably not needed and could just be merged with a different page.
3. It's pointless.
Nuff said.

By making a page that is not pointless, has a moderate amount of content, and use your spellcheck and don't act moronic when making pages.
