One of Tophia’s favorite things to do when she’s displeased is to make false legal threats, which of course she never goes through with due to insufficient funds. A staple of Tophia is to say “that’s defermation!”. No, that is not a typo, you read that right. When she feels she has been wronged. She makes constant lawsuit threats towards the discord, nova, her apartment manager, and the person who trademarked her username, and pretty much everyone that she has opposed in the past that isn't her family.
