Tophia when backed into a corner by the Chu Crew or really anyone else, will default to intimidating people with legal action. This is mostly just her stating that everything said about her is “Defamation” or as she puts it, “Defermation”.
Despite her threats, Tophia does not have the money nor drive to seek legal council to sue anyone. On the extreme off-chance that she would attempt to sue someone, a judge or defense council worth their salt would likely laugh in her face and have the case be dismissed, as many of her misdeeds are well-documented and readily available online.
