Tophia and health

Tophia has shown herself to be quite an unhealthy person. From being visibly overweight to not taking care of her own hygiene (to such an extent that she got fired from Dunkin' Donuts due to how terrible she smelled), her health issues are varied and numerous.

Obesity

Tophia is visibly obese, being 400 pounds at 5'3". This is due both to her poor diet and lack of exercise. She's known for spending excessive amounts of money on DoorDash fare for fast food or other such unhealthy meals, and is distains water in favor of Mountain Dew.

Unhealthy Diet

Tophia rarely eats leafy greens, fresh fruits or wholesome grains. Most of the time, she's content with eating fast food for a bulk of her diet (spending hundreds of dollars on delivery fare as she's too lazy to get up and drive), and compounds that with rarely drinking water and instead fancying herself Mountain Dew and other soft drinks.

Hygiene

Tophia rarely, if ever, bathes. As a result, she smells -- to put it bluntly -- absolutely abhorrent, and got fired from a job at Dunkin' Donuts due to her continued mustiness. She also claims that she doesn't wipe after using the restroom, which could lead to an array of health issues like a urinary tract infection, and in women can cause labial irritation and vaginitis^[1].

Unsanitary Living

All of Tophia's living situations are documented as being cluttered with garbage, unkempt and infested with pests. Their former apartment was well-documented with being infested with roaches, and every living situation since has been in lowly-reviewed, cheap motels.
