Tophia has consistently threatened to sue the discord, Nova, her apartment manager, the agency that has dropped her, and the person who trademarked her username. And pretty much everyone that she has opposed in the past that isn't her family. When lawsuit threats will not be of use in a situation, Tophia often resorts to suicide threats. It is extremely unlikely that she will go through with the lawsuit due to insufficient funds. The way Tophia says defamation has also become notable. “That’s defermation!”. No, that is not a typo, you read that right. She pronounces it the same way. When she feels she has been wronged, she makes constant lawsuit threats.
