Doordash is a delivery service that allows you to order from almost any restaurant. Tophia is well known for using this app a lot, as well as getting banned from their customer support for attempting to refund scam them multiple times. Additionally, Tophia will often receive unsolicited DoorDash from fans (possibly feeders, as well) on her livestreams. She will often pretend like she does not want the food and act as if she is discarding it before consuming all of it (hence her weight.)

DoorDash can also be used to receive items from stores. Tophia is occasionally sent items as well. These items are often used to attempt to poke fun at her (sometimes truly funny and sometimes not), sometimes getting items such as a scale (hinting at her weight) or items such as ropes, razor blades, advil, and bleach (hinting at suicide). On the occasion that she receives the latter items, she will threaten to “tell a larger creator” (although she has never done such), usually only to start crying or give a speech about how terrible her life is and how everyone hates her.
