Tophia agreed to a fight night with the Chu crew discord scheduled to happen on August 25, 2023 at 8pm PST.
Preceding events
Tophia spoke with mods of the chu crew discord and agreed to a fight night with the members on august 20th of 2023. the fight night was announced publicly to everyone in the server on August 24, and the members were ecstatic of the upcoming event.
Cancelation/Backout
The same day she agreed, tophia backed out and refused to participate in the fight night, with it being canceled as a result. angered, the mods released a statement enforcing a new set of demands and threatening legal action against tophia, whose username they had recently trademarked and had been allowing her to use up until then.
Additional legal threats
eventually, tophia and the discord reached an ultimatum regarding the legal actions.
