Since she was in high school, Tophia has always been overweight, this is mainly in part due to her ordering DoorDash en masse amongst other unhealthy lifestyle choices.

Interestingly, despite her incredibly high weight, Tophia appears to try and portray herself as “tiny” and “fun sized”. This proves that she is likely delusional when it comes to things such as her weight.
Weight gain
Over her time on the internet, Tophia has showcased alarming weight gain. Tophia needs help with her overeating, but is in denial about it. Her weight gain most likely started during her childhood.
