Tophia has displayed an extremely unhealthy obsession with Mountain Dew. Mountain Dew is one of the few things that she drinks, even going as far as to say she doesn't drink water. Her obsession has proved to be dangerous, as fluid built up around her heart resulting in her being hospitalized. nevertheless, Tophia continues to drink it in the same frequency as she did before. She typically drinks it out of her tumbler cup. For a while, she was boycotting Mountain Dew Due to PepsiCo's funding of Israel. She instead drank Dr pepper (which is also owned by PepsiCo) and then realized she could sound like a hypocrite (which she is) so she instead used store brand Dr pepper (Dr thunder).
